GONZALO THOUGHT LIVES IN US!
On the occasion of 87th anniversary of Chairman Gonzalo’s birth, we the Finnish Communists-in-formation, marxist-leninist-maoists, with the universally valid contributions of Chairman Gonzalo reaffirm our solemn pledge to hold high his deep red banners and defend his Great Leadership, continuing his struggle from where he left and denouncing his cowardly assassination by the conspiracy of the yankee-CIA, the Peruvian reaction headed by rondero Castillo and the right-opportunist line, revisionist and capitulationist, headed by rat “Miriam”.
Especially we take up his main contribution, that is, the systematization of Maoism as the new, third and superior stage of Marxism. Without this, we would lose our guide, get out of step with the development of class struggle in its twists and turns, now fast now slow, and ultimately, without it, we would sink into revisionism. Basing ourselves on the omnipotent-because-true ideology in its highest stage we are convinced of the triumph of the international proletariat all over the world in each and all countries without any exceptions.
Moreover, we want to highlight the role played by Chairman Gonzalo in leading the World Proletarian Revolution in the very moment, when it advanced to its Strategic Offensive with the initiation of the People’s War in Peru. This advancement had already been foreseen by Chairman Mao, when he famously spoke of the “next 50–100 years”. This is the living reality, emphasized on one hand by the uttermost difficulties on the side of the reaction, which is on the strategic defensive, as is very well pointed out in the case of Afghanistan, when the sole hegemonic superpower was completely unable to maintain the country as its direct colony. On the other hand, what is principal, is the development of revolutionary forces all over the world in all continents, in uneven development. The struggle of the international proletariat to constitute or reconstitute its Communist Parties in all countries to initiate the People’s War, where it has not been initiated, and to develop it, where it has already been initiated. The general counterrevolutionary offensive is being defeated, and the fear on the side of reaction is being manifested in the simultaneous genocide and the raving repressive and state-monopolist measures under the pretext of the pandemic.
This is the period of “50–100 years”, when as Chairman Mao himself put it, “we must be prepared to engage in great struggles which will have many features different in form from those of the past”. Thus, we hold high the universal validity of People’s War and theses by Chairman Gonzalo on the militarization of the Communist Parties and the concentric construction of the three instruments. These theses by Chairman Gonzalo are part of the treasure box of Marxism, particularly in the Strategic Offensive of the WPR, being in accordance with the new forms and necessities of the class struggle insisted by Chairman Mao, that is, the universal validity of People’s War, which was championed first by Chairman Mao and then taken up by Chairman Gonzalo. This has been proven with the People’s Wars in Turkey, India, the Philippines and especially Peru, and it will be even more proven with the future People’s Wars as the highest form of revolutionary struggle in all countries, be they oppressed, imperialist or socialist ones and respectively in democratic, socialist and cultural revolutions.
These few remarks suffice to show that Chairman Gonzalo was a great Marxist, a disciple and continuator of Marx, Lenin and Chairman Mao. And that is why he is so fiercely attacked by all reactionaries. For 29 years the reaction dreamed of his assassination until they were able to commit this most sinister crime. In this context, we also denounce the right-opportunist line, revisionist and capitulationist, headed by rat “Miriam”, who has given all the assistance for the reaction in its blood-thirsty, counter-revolutionary plans of smashing the People’s War and assassinating Chairman Gonzalo. But even with the assistance of ROL and rat “Miriam”, even in collusion with yankee imperialism, the Peruvian reaction had to wait 29 years until it could assassinate our beloved Chairman, and despite all the People’s War is still going on without the slightest sign of capitulation. This shows brilliantly well the correlation of forces between us and the enemy: we might appear weak, but are in essence strong, where as the enemy might appear strong, but is in essence weak. Chairman Gonzalo has defeated the plan of reaction!
